A non-returnable deposit of £40.00 per cottage is payable on booking. The balance is due five weeks before the first day of the holiday. Where a booking is made less than five weeks before arrival, the full rental is payable at the time of booking.

Good care should be taken of the property and its contents, and please make every effort to leave the cottage as clean and tidy as you found it. Sadly, due to the poor behaviour and morals of some previous ‘guests’ it has been necessary to introduce a damage deposit of £50. This amount is added to the overall cost of your stay, and will be refunded in full after you have returned home. If, of course, there has been any damage or theft or the cottage has been left in a dirty condition then the costs of putting this right will be deducted from your deposit.

Holidays are from Friday to Friday unless otherwise agreed and start from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, ending by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury, howsoever caused, which may be sustained during the holiday, to any member of the party or invited persons, to any car, its contents or any other possession of the party and their guests. Guests may wish to undertake their own travel insurance cover.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided, including cot bedding. Electricity and heating costs are included in the rental.
