Gone are the seasonal rates, gone are the penalties for going away during school holidays. The rental charge for each cottage is the same throughout the year, as shown below. The only restrictions are purely selfish – short breaks (3 or 4 nights) are not available during the height of summer and we will close for a fortnight over Christmas and New Year.

So for 2009, short breaks (3 or 4 nights) are not available from 17th July until 3rd September and we will close from 18th December until 1st January 2010.
Changeover day will normally be Friday unless otherwise agreed and a short break should fall within a Friday to Thursday night period (inclusive) please. If in doubt, do call or ring as we can accommodate all reasonable requests.
Rental rates shown are inclusive of VAT. Towels and linens are provided, as is reasonable use of heating, lighting etc. morning and evening. Tumble dryer use is by coin meter.
Payment can be made by cheque, cash or debit card. Credit cards are also accepted but with a reluctant 3% surcharge.
